Responsibilities include ensuring facility conformance with environmental, health, and safety laws and regulations; maintaining accurate records and reports; and collaborating with management to implement corrective actions. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and delivering safety training programs, managing safety data, and performing root cause analysis of injuries.
You will work closely with senior management to ensure that all activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related discipline is required, along with 3-5 years of experience in an EHS role. Proven leadership and communication skills are essential.
