Job Title: Industrial Electrician
Position Overview:
The Electrician will provide support to plant operations, troubleshooting, repairing, programming, replacing, maintaining, and installing electrical/electronic systems for production-related equipment and building utilities within the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Train others as required in any phase of electrical skills
- Prepare workstation, install, repair, and wire all electrical and electronic apparatus, devices, and circuits throughout the plant, in accordance with national electrical code requirements
- Perform preventative maintenance, required climbing, and maintain necessary records
Preferred Qualifications:
- Three or more years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms
- Frequently climb or balance and talk or hear
- Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
