Responsibilities:
- Perform all necessary pre-production safety checks to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Operate, set up, adjust, repair, and overhaul assembly line equipment and related equipment as required to maintain standard quality and quantity of production.
- Maintain all functions of the can assembly line, ensuring smooth operation and minimizing downtime.
- Perform all necessary quality checks to ensure the product meets documented quality requirements, maintaining a high level of organization and quality.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
- Mechanical background and/or experience required, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with other team members.
- Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds occasionally and regularly stand, stoop, reach, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and balance, with manual dexterity/fine motor skills.
- Familiarization with computers; data entry/Microsoft programs, with ability to work an eight (8) hour shift, and frequent overtime may also be required.
