Position Overview, Duties and Responsibilities:

As part of the People Development team, you will help design and implement creative and effective learning and development initiatives on a global level. To help with our L&D strategy, you will act as a partner and advisor to the business, developing new talent solutions and embedding talent practices and a continuous learning mindset. You will create and implement learning and development products and services that build organizational, team, individual capabilities and behaviors.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Planning & Alignment
- Implementation of the LMS module.
- Coordinating and preparing communications and training efforts related to HRIS system related process changes, including newsletters, informational site, and training manuals.
- Leading the management strategy across HRIS support team to develop and execute communication and training plans.
- Using the LMS module to create and maintain learning pathways for job families based on capability frameworks and learning offerings available and leveraging the learning management system to navigate learners to drive their own development.
- Administering the employee engagement process and tool (Glint platform) and help drive employee engagement with digital learning platforms.
- Working with key stakeholders to determine learning and development needs and work alongside subject matter experts and consultants to design and deliver solutions that drive performance and continually increase program effectiveness.
- Coordinating live learning seminars and events.
- Editing / drafting and publishing internal communications on Crown's Intranet SharePoint Platform.
Qualifications:
In addition to the specific responsibilities listed above, the ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Communication, or Human Resources (master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum five-years’ experience in instructional design and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to communicate cross-culturally.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
- A passion for creating a positive and engaging learning experience.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and employee interactions.
Travel
- Domestic and International Travel requirements approximately 40%

This is an office-based position, and individuals are expected to be in the office daily. Crown offers a flexible work hour schedule.
