As the Operations Supply Tech you will partner with our Management Team to develop strategy and achieve Branch objectives following our core values. You will lead the operations including our Equipment Department, Customer Service, Accounting, and Inventory management.

Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and scheduling for team members to optimize workflow.
- Handle phone systems efficiently to ensure effective communication with clients and staff.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records.
- Assist in organizing office operations and procedures for improved efficiency.
- Support financial operations using QuickBooks for invoicing and reporting.
- Provide bilingual support when necessary to enhance customer interactions.
- Act as a personal assistant to senior management as needed, facilitating their daily tasks.
- Maintain front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in calendar management and organizational skills.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in standard office software.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for enhanced communication with diverse clients.
- Experience in front desk operations or customer service roles is beneficial.
