Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the crew during restoration projects.
- Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards.
- Train and mentor team members in restoration techniques including carpet cleaning, mold remediation, and fire restoration.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to restore properties to their original condition.
- Conduct assessments of damaged properties to determine the extent of work required for restoration.
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress and address any concerns they may have.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while fostering a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restoration services such as water damage restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, or asbestos abatement.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning methods.
- Ability to effectively use power tools and hand tools related to restoration tasks.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks as needed.
- Valid driver's license may be required for transportation between job sites.
