Crown Field Services is Hiring! The Renovation department Manager will oversee and support the renovation department on their renovations on single-family homes across multiple states. Our ideal candidate has the ability to negotiate, build lasting working relationships, and troubleshoot issues. This position is available immediately for the right candidate. Responsibilities:
- Hire contractors with the correct trades needed to complete the projects.
- Negotiating prices with contractors for job completion.
- Providing the materials contractors need to complete the work.
- Ensure contractors are providing the necessary photos of the job sites
- Completing write-ups of job site work being completed.
- Ensure the completion of projects is within budget, timeline, and quality standards of the clients.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation skills
- Knowledge in construction/renovations is a huge plus.
Job Info & Compensation:
- Located in Brooklyn, NY
- 40-hour working schedule. M-F
