The Crown Health Care Laundry Services is seeking a skilled Industrial Operations Manager to oversee the effective, safe, and cost-efficient operations of its production staff. This key role involves ensuring that daily and weekly production goals are met through efficient production processes.
As an Industrial Operations Manager, you will serve as a role model for respect for the company's policies and procedures. You will work in collaboration with the service department to consistently meet their needs through complete tie-outs and timely response to urgent service requests.
You will be responsible for product quality, implementing a quality assurance system internally, documenting, teaching, and following formulas and processes. Additionally, you will work with office staff to ensure that new hire paperwork and other reporting is handled efficiently and accurately.
This position requires at least 3 years of Production experience in a related production environment, preferably in a lead position. Familiarity with production safety regulations/issues is essential.
