About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations at our Spartanburg Plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently, meeting all quality and safety standards. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of production workers, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties. You will also be responsible for monitoring production schedules, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise, and ensuring that all production targets are met.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
