Crown Health Consulting, LLC is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinician (LSW, LCSW/LAC, LPC & LCADC) to join our dedicated team of professionals in Kendall Park, NJ. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is committed to providing high-quality, client-centered care within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
- Engage clients and their families in the therapeutic process, supporting progress and long-term wellness.
- Collaborate with community partners and referral sources to coordinate care and enhance support services.
- Communicate effectively with administrative and clinical team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey licensure: LSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC and/or LCADC required.
- Demonstrated experience in both individual and group therapy settings.
- Strong understanding of mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders.
- Proficiency in motivational interviewing, CBT, and DBT.
- Trauma-informed and family systems-oriented approach to care.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance, clinical documentation standards, and medical terminology.
- Experience working with clients affected by trauma and complex mental health needs.
