- Monitor and assess residents' health, responding to changes in condition and ensuring proper care.
- Assist in developing and updating care plans to meet the individual needs of each resident.
- Provide leadership and supervision to nursing assistants and other support staff.
- Ensure accurate documentation of care and communicate effectively with families and the healthcare team.
- Respond to resident needs and emergencies promptly, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Promote patient dignity, respect, and comfort through compassionate care.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Valid LPN license in the state of Ohio.
