What are the responsibilities and job description for the Telephone Operator - Part Time position at Crown Honda?
We have an immediate opening for a Part-Time Telephone Operator handling a high volume of incoming calls for Crown Automotive’s multiple franchises.
*MULTI-LINE TELEPHONE EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED FOR THIS POSITION*
Position is 20 hours a week with responsibilities including (but not limited to):

Answering a high volume of incoming calls, determining where the caller needs to be directed and transferring the call appropriately.

May include composing and sending emails.
Candidates must be available three or four (3 or 4) evenings on weekdays and Saturdays. Exact hours will be discussed during the interview.
