Job Summary:
The Client Service Manager is a leader overseeing the daily functions of the facility support team to include up to 6-8 direct reports. This role is has overall accountability responsible for all daily reporting used internally and externally. Reviewing and reporting on KPIs to operations leadership team. Proactive communication with the client and operation team to ensure all challenges are addressed immediately. Providing financial reporting and analytics to leadership.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Coaching and development of the Client Service team
· Weekly and monthly financial reporting and analytics
· Daily reporting for use internally and externally
· Data extraction from multiple systems
· Monitoring WMS dashboards for exceptions that will impact operations (container allocation status, container split counts, etc.)
· Reviewing and validating invoicing to ensure all invoices are submitted accurately and timely
· Research and update vessel ETAs providing valuable information to operation
· Manually updating container allocations
· Review KPIs and provide analytics to leadership team for client calls
· Taking meeting minutes during internal and external calls
· Scheduling pickup appointments with carriers
· Communication with carriers (trailer pool vs goal, loaded trailer aging, damaged equipment and tracking trailer turn KPIs)
· Monitor and report on internal and external KPIs for operations leadership (Yard capacity, dwelling containers/trailers, trailer utilization, aging CBMs on the floor, etc.)

Education: College Degree preferred or 5 years of experience
Experience: 3 Years
