Operations Support Data Analyst
Duties:
- Analyze Data: Develop and maintain data reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Ad Hoc Reporting: Design and generate customized reports to support decision-making across multiple departments.
- Operational Insights: Provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and performance.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with IT, operations, and management teams; take the lead on projects when required.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and automate data workflows.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure data practices align with regulatory and company standards.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues and problems with users within our systems.
- Maintain groups, settings, users, and access to our systems.
- Process Improvement: Streamlining workflows and identifying areas for optimization to improve overall efficiency.
- Communication: Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of procedures, troubleshooting steps, and other relevant information.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics and reporting
- Management experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Strong excel skills is a must.
- Proven experience in data management and/or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL queries, reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI) is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft office, ERP systems and BI tools
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present findings clearly.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
- Evaluate and weigh multiple inputs and impacts of any decision or course of action.
- Demonstrates a high degree of professional ethics and integrity.
- Excellent judgment and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.

- Estimated 10% travel
