What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Clinic Manager position at Crown Laundry Svc?
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION
The primary purpose of the Regional Clinic Manager position is to strengthen customer relationships and maximize inventory circulation in the outpatient setting. This includes working with our clinic customers and our drivers. This will be accomplished by frequently visiting our clinic customers and riding along with our drivers to encourage best practices that impact linen utilization, quality control, and cost management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating with plant, fleet, and service personnel to ensure high-quality products are served to the customer in an efficient manner.

Act as the primary representative of Crown during customer interactions.
- Receive both positive and negative feedback regarding personnel, product quality, and service levels.
- Follow up with customers with a resolution after a concern is documented.
- Conduct inventories and adjust as needed.
- Remove overstocked goods from customers.

Working knowledge of Inventory Minimums, Replacement Charges and Fees
- Able to explain these charges and services to customers and other Crown personnel.
- Seek collaboration and/or assistance from senior managers at Crown when needed to resolve any issues.
- Must be proficient in Aliant software.
- Assist Clinical route(s) when needed. Assist in training of clinical drivers.
- Schedule ride along with clinic drivers.
- Make special deliveries when needed.
- Must keep exceptional records regarding customer contacts, customer service issues, and details of resolution.
- Coordinate, document and implement visiting all clinics in a quarterly timeframe.
OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Any other duties as assigned or deemed necessary.
- Must be willing and able to work with both clean and soiled linen in accordance with Crown policies and procedures.

- Encounter, and be expected to safely handle, soiled healthcare textiles;
