As a Facility Maintenance Technician at Crown Uniform and Linen, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing equipment, machinery, and the overall facility to ensure smooth daily operations.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on laundry equipment, HVAC systems, and facility infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime
- Manage and maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies needed for maintenance work
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies
- Assist in the setup, calibration, and testing of new machinery and equipment
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls and work efficiently to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in facility maintenance or related field preferred
- 1 year of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
