Service Advisor Primary Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers, making them feel at home
- Writing customer's vehicle concerns accurately on repair order
- Referring to service history to recommend necessary maintenance or repairs.
- Providing a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
- Working as a team with technicians to keep customers in the loop
- Extraordinary communication with customers with consistent status updates
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction with integrity
Service Advisor Required Experience:
- Two plus years of customer service experience preferred
- Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
- Outstanding communication skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Positive attitude, enjoys competition and working as a team
- Superior customer service skills
Wage is starting at $40,000 per year but will vary depending on performance and experience
In order to be eligible for hire, you must pass pre-employment requirements: a valid driver’s license with a clean record, pass a criminal background check and a drug test.
