The Carpe Latte team at Crown Motors is looking for a positive, friendly individual with a love for coffee and people to join our team! In addition to creating delicious coffees, lattes, smoothies and treats, the baristas at Carpe Latte are responsible for making the customers at Crown Motors feel welcome and comfortable in our dealership.
Responsibilities
- Cashier
- Prepare customer orders, including baked goods and snacks
- Balance orders between front counter and drive-thru
- Provide exceptional customer service to each and every customer
- Keep a clean and organized work space
- Follow all safety and cleaning procedures
Qualifications
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Engage with and understand our customers
- Available to perform many different tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as individually
- Ability to build relationships
- Must have transportation to pick up baked goods
