Crown Pacific Fine Foods is a family owned specialty food distribution company seeking a reliable and motivated Project Coordinator and Sales Support candidates.
Administrative Support:
- Setting up sales and vendor meetings and appointments.
- Managing, organizing, and creating sales materials and presentations.
Customer and Vendor Relationship Management:
- Maintaining and updating customer and vendor databases and records.
- Responding to customer and vendor inquiries and providing information.
- Assisting with customer and vendor issues.
Other Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the coordination of sales events and promotions.
- Working with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Type 40 WPM and 10 key by touch, required
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
