Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is currently seeking a Full-Time RN Supervisor for the 3pm-11pm shift.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assists in planning, organizing, directing, supervising and evaluating all nursing services provided in the facility to achieve desired clinical and financial outcomes.
- Assist in ensuring that facility is in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Assists to ensure physicians make visits as required
- Assists in ensuring necessary equipment, supplies, and staffing are available for the delivery of the prescribed resident/patient care.
- Completes rounds of the facility at least daily to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations.
- Coordinates the care of residents on assigned shift. Communicates shifts concerns by unit to appropriate staff (via e-mails, voice mail, etc.).
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care setting.
- Licensed in NYS as a registered nurse.
- Ability to supervise and discipline staff and ensure that high standards of care are maintained as necessary.
