Essential Job Functions :
- Provide care to residents that is designed to strengthen muscles, assist with mobility, and promote independence.
- Perform Active Range of Motion and Passive Range of Motion in a safe manner to residents.
- Provide good body alignment, positioning devices and contracture padding as appropriate.
- Monitors and assists with the performance of Activities of Daily Living to promote resident involvement to the highest extent possible
- Perform all duties and functions as listed in the Certified Nurse's Assistant job description.
To be eligible for consideration applicants should have :
As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Indiana Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of Indiana Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA training course.
Prior Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
