Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, customer service experience and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Greet vendors, owners, and tenants professionally and courteously
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Write receipts for payments
- Handle maintenance requests and work orders
- Provide administrative support to property managers and other staff
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in the use of desktop computer systems and office equipment
- Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, etc.)
- Familiarity with AppFolio software is a plus
