Job Summary
Crown Recruiting is seeking an experienced Precision Ag Specialist to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of precision ag systems, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
The Precision Ag Specialist will be responsible for:

• Repairing and maintaining precision ag equipment, including GPS receivers, navigation units, and guidance systems.
• Providing education and training to customers on the effective use of precision ag equipment.
• Staying current on certifications and educational opportunities to ensure proficiency in precision ag systems and concepts.
• Collaborating with field teams to research and resolve field issues.
• Participating in training, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer with other departments.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A degree in Agronomy, Ag Business, or Ag Mechanization or equivalent experience.
• A Commercial Applicator's License.
• Previous experience as a Precision Ag Specialist.
• A valid driver's license and ability to travel more than 50% of the workday.
• Working knowledge of Precision Ag systems and concepts.
• Possess sufficient knowledge of crop production science to advise producers on precision farming plans, products, and services.
• Proficient knowledge of electrical and wireless communication systems.
