This position involves accurately blending, loading, and applying fertilizer and chemicals according to manufacturer and grower specifications. You will collaborate with sales staff to plan and coordinate application and delivery schedules. Additionally, you will assist with monthly inventory management for seed, chemical, and fertilizer, as well as adhere to all safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines.
The ideal candidate will be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license with a clean record. A Commercial Applicator's License and Class A CDL or ability to obtain are also required. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance.
