Custom Applicator Responsibilities:

• Maintain the machinery, ensuring it remains clean and in good working order.
• Keep detailed application records for chemicals and fertilizers.
• Perform required preventative maintenance on all equipment and facilities.
• Sell, mix, deliver, and apply fertilizers and agricultural chemicals for cooperative customers, including the creation of sales tickets.
• Comply with company safety policies, as well as OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
• Arrive to work punctually and be available for overtime as needed.
• Carry out any additional duties as assigned.

Custom Applicator Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license with clean record.
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have or have the ability to obtain a Commercial Applicator’s License.
• Must have or have the ability to obtain a Class A CDL with HazMat endorsements.
• Minimum of 1-2 years' related experience.
• Possesses mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn about equipment operation and maintenance.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and effective teamwork skills.
• Capable of lifting up to 75 pounds and performing tasks that require standing, sitting, crawling, climbing, and reaching in challenging areas.
