Crown Recruiting seeks a Grain Location Manager to join the team of an agricultural cooperative in the Edgewood, Illinois area. Grain Location Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee all grain operations: weighing, testing, and processing payments for inbound/outbound shipments
• Manage grain storage, drying, banking, and shipping to ensure accurate inventory and quality control
• Maintain detailed records of purchases, sales, contracts, and inventory
• Ensure compliance with EHS, OSHA, DOT, and company safety policies
• Recruit, train, and supervise personnel; manage workflow, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
• Maintain facilities and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and upkeep; document maintenance accurately
• Build relationships with local ag organizations
• Complete additional tasks as assigned

Grain Location Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven experience in grain operations, including storage, handling, and marketing
• Ability to communicate in an appropriate, professional manner at all levels
• Proficiency in supervisory skills; management experience preferred
• Must have valid driver’s license & maintain a clean driving record
• Microsoft Office suite programs, including Word & Excel
