Location Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee approximately seven location employees, ensuring exceptional customer service and promptly addressing inquiries or complaints
- Manage P&L, inventory, and staff scheduling to optimize operations
- Stay current on all products and services to consult with producers and provide product demonstrations
- Establish and implement organizational policies and goals, analyzing budgets to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Promote agronomy products, including seed, fertilizer, and chemicals
Location Manager Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably in agronomy or related fields
- Strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellent customer service
- Comprehensive knowledge of agronomy products and services
- Proficiency in budget analysis and operational management
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to consult with producers and demonstrate product use
- Physical ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds
