• Execute grain handling operations, including loading/unloading into bins and railcars with meticulous care.
• Operate and maintain sophisticated grain handling technologies and equipment to ensure seamless performance.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance and manual tasks to guarantee smooth operations and maximum efficiency.
• Monitor grain conditioning and storage practices closely to prevent any potential issues.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, exercising strong problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles effectively.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in grain operations is highly valued.
• Strong foundation in grain handling, conditioning, and storage principles.
• Able to perform routine preventive maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Comfortable working at heights and using lifts confidently.
• Self-motivated individual with excellent problem-solving abilities.
