Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Grain Location Manager to join our client's team in the Casey, IL area. This critical role will oversee all aspects of grain operations at our state-of-the-art rail-loading facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize grain operations: weighing, testing, and processing payments for inbound/outbound shipments.
- Oversee grain storage, drying, banking, and shipping to ensure accurate inventory and quality control.
- Maintain detailed records of purchases, sales, contracts, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, OSHA, DOT, and company safety policies.
- Manage workflow, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain facilities and equipment; document maintenance accurately.
- Build relationships with local ag organizations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience in grain operations, including storage, handling, and marketing.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite programs, including Word & Excel.
