Sales Agronomist

Crown Recruiting is looking for a Sales Agronomist to join a respected ag company in the Valley City, ND area. You’ll step into an established territory with active accounts, setting you up to start earning bonuses right away. This role also offers a managerial aspect, where you’ll assist with inventory management, training, and scheduling. You’ll have the chance to grow your existing client base, using your book of business to drive expansion. The focus is on providing excellent customer service, spending time in the field, and building strong relationships with growers. Sales Agronomist Responsibilities:

• Develop & sustain strong relationships with current & prospective clients
• Manage an established territory with accounts ready to drive immediate sales
• Assist with inventory management, training, & scheduling
• Lead sales presentations, product demonstrations, & offer expert agronomic guidance, including crop planning recommendations
• Focus on increasing sales of crop inputs & related products to established customers
• Provide knowledgeable agronomic advice & tailored solutions to clients

Sales Agronomist Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license & willingness to travel within territory required
• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Crop Science, or related field
• 2-3 years' experience in sales within ag industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of agronomic practices, crop production, & ag technologies
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required & ability to learn/use Ag software
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
