Position Overview:
As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that all parts and products meet quality standards and are assembled correctly. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and safety are key.

Job Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves and put parts away by hand as needed
• Assemble products as required, following specific instructions
• Direct the positioning of material in the work area
• Record the number of parts produced or processed on time cards and move tickets
• Verify the build sheet for special instructions or notes before starting any task
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment
• Inspect parts for assembly, drilling, or de-burring
• Secure drills and drill jigs for assembly tasks
• Install sanding belts on belt sanders
• Measure, scribe, and position materials, jigs, or fixtures for alignment
• Fit and assemble parts of varying weights, sizes, and shapes into completed units
• Unload and load drill fixtures as needed
• Check the operation of completed units and adjust as necessary

Job Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety
• Ability to lift and carry materials of varying weights
