Production Associate Cutoff & Auto TIG Departments
- Pay Rate: Starting at $18/HR
- Increase at 1 year
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and be cross-trained in the Cutoff and Auto TIG departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a drive for quality and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform tasks in both the Cutoff and Auto TIG departments while ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Read and interpret work orders to set up and execute production processes.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment to complete assigned tasks.
- Plan and manage workload effectively to meet daily production targets.
- Follow all safety protocols and workplace procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Job Requirements
- Strong attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift and bend up to 70 lbs.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet production goals.
- Willingness to be cross-trained and learn new skills.
- Ability to read and write work instructions and labels in English.
- Proficiency in reading a tape measure and recording measurements.
- Basic math skills (addition/subtraction).
