About the Lead Machine Operator Role
As a Lead Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Assure all equipment is turned on and ready to operate at starting times.
- Assure all operators are at their workstations and begin operations at starting times.
- Perform start up and periodic QC inspections to assure proper paint quality, water flow, finished
cut length, proper packaging, and labeling. - Maintain acceptable levels of production.
- Follow Standard Work, Control Plan Checks as written and provided by the Paint Technician
- Other duties as assigned
