Crown Staffing is currently seeking a Production Associate to fill openings located in the Cleves, Ohio area and other nearby areas. The ideal candidates would have previous experience and be able to work a 10-hour shift.
Requirements of the Production Associate
- Highschool or GED preferred but will consider those without one
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds consistently
- Metal fabrication, Manufacturing, Welding, Laser, and Assembly experience preferred
- Laser, CNC machine work, comfortable with technology
- Flexible, adaptable, team player, willing to work in any role

Responsibilities of the Production Associate
- Cutting, Pulling, and Cleaning up parts in the laser department
- Packing, Assembling, Rolling, and Drilling in OPW
- Assembling and Assisting in QMP
- Miscellaneous shop duties
- Operating Machinery
- Cutting
- Cleaning Parts
- Part Inspection
- Packing
- Loading and unloading of trucks
- Assembling
- Welding – once trained, based on interest
