Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery, including conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, motors, and electrical components.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems to minimize downtime.
- Conduct inspections to identify wear, damage, or inefficiencies and take corrective action.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Maintain and update maintenance logs, reporting any necessary repairs or system improvements.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, including OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
Qualifications:
- Required: Previous experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing, production, or industrial setting.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with production teams.
