Crown Staffing is seeking a driven and proactive Sales Consultant to market and sell Ricoh-Lanier document management products within a defined geographic territory. The ideal candidate will excel at developing new accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships, delivering impactful presentations, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas while embodying professionalism and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Market & sell full line of award winning Ricoh-Lanier document management products and services to customers in a specific geographic territory.
- Attain assigned sales quotas
- Develop and manage all assigned accounts in territory
- Maintain contact with current customers
- Cultivate and develop new accounts in assigned geographic territory (call on leads, lease expirations, telemarketing, aged equipment and cold calling)
- Effectively utilize provided technology to manage territory (Soaring database via laptop)
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations to qualified customers including in-house and on-(customer)site product demonstrations
- Learning different techniques on closing the sale
- Prepare monthly sales reports including lease reports, prospect reports and forecasting
- Attend all meetings and training seminars as required
- Take initiative to learn all facets of the document management products to become a more polished sales consultant
Qualifications
Proven Outside B2B Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, develop and manage customer accounts, and successfully close deals.
Effective Communication: Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills, including delivering clear and persuasive presentations, active listening, and building rapport with clients.
Proactive Approach: A self-starter who is proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through techniques such as cold calling, lead follow-ups, and leveraging existing customer relationships.
Professionalism and Work Ethic: Displays honesty, trustworthiness, punctuality, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development in alignment with corporate standards.
Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
