Crown Staffing is Now Hiring: Paint Line Technician
Location: Madison, IN
Shifts: 1st & 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday (Overtime Possible on Friday & Saturday)

This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hang, paint, and inspect metal parts on the paint line
- Use hand and power tools to assist with painting and finishing processes
- Read and follow blueprints, build sheets, and special instructions
- Maintain tolerances as outlined in production specifications
- Setup and operate equipment, including drills, jigs, and sanding belts
- Fit, assemble, and inspect parts for quality
- Assist with loading/unloading fixtures and positioning materials
- Record production data accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE, including metatarsal boots
- Willingness to be fitted for a respirator
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be able to lift heavy materials as needed throughout the shift
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with basic tools and machinery
- Must be dependable and safety-conscious
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
- Prior manufacturing or paint line experience is a plus
