About the Role:
As a Regional Operations Manager, you will oversee multiple offices, ensuring efficient operations, compliance with employment laws, and excellent customer service. Your leadership will directly influence how we attract and retain talent, grow our business, and create a positive work culture._ Please note:_ Candidate must be able to travel between office locations (Burbank, Villa Park, Joliet, Palatine, Oak Park, etc.) regularly and outside of the region for training events occasionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting & Talent Strategy – Ensure proactive hiring strategies and track recruitment performance. Guide teams in driving candidate engagement and referrals.
- Compliance & HR Best Practices – Maintain compliance with employment laws and OSHA regulations. Train teams on proper hiring practices and oversee recordkeeping.
- Customer & Candidate Experience – Monitor candidate and client communication for timeliness and professionalism. Ensure we provide a welcoming, engaging experience both in person and on our hiring platforms.
- Operational Efficiency – Ensure appropriate office coverage, assess workload needs, optimize team skills, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Team Leadership & Development – Make internal hiring decisions, conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and training, recognize achievements, and foster a supportive and motivated team culture.
- Communication with our Support Center – Maintain consistent communication with our support team and ensure changes to policies and procedures are communicated back to the region in a timely fashion.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience and success in operations, staffing, or HR leadership.
- Strong knowledge of compliance and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with a focus on efficiency and results.
- A leader with sound judgment who operates with integrity
- Candidate must be able to travel between office locations regularly and outside of the region for training events occasionally.
Salary : $60,000 - $100,000
