Crown Utilities LLC is seeking a full-time Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of our Nampa, ID location. This position will be responsible for the supervision of team members, ensuring that team members are performing tasks assigned by leadership and co-workers in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of Supervisory experience in retail preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Ability to multitask and stay focused on a single task throughout the day.
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
- Must be able to work in extreme temperatures (hot & cold) and able to lift 50lbs.
- Must be able to work in a tight, fast-paced environment with or without visual or audible cues.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff on a daily basis, ensuring that tasks are being completed and that all staff are performing their duties in accordance with Crown Utilities LLC policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all staff are reporting for work on time each day, completing their assigned tasks, and providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure that all stock is being replenished daily and that all employees are following proper replenishment procedures.
- Ensure that all employees are following proper inventory control procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
