Practically speaking, heres what the Regional Commercial Sales Representative does:
Own the Commercial Sales activities for your assigned geographic territory, aligning with Crown Veritys business strategy. You will manage all Commercial Sales (revenue) by managing the success of our Manufacturing Sales Rep (MSP) partners and Dealer network. Success will come from ensuring a clear understanding, commitment, and achievement of all sales targets.
You will own the Commercial sales activities by:
- Understanding the business plan, from MSP ownership to Dealer rollout to end user demand.
- Rolling out sales targets with assigned MSP network, with continuous review and commitment to the plan.
- Strategically implementing Dealer programs, with a training toolkit and customized approach to success.
- Develop new business by utilizing market intelligence, lead generation and providing support for your network.
- Participate in partner, industry, and end user events, such as tradeshows, launches and conferences.
- Working closely with your internal support team to provide the highest level of customer support.
- Build a communication channel that can be reached quickly, effectively, and proactively.
- Manage the day-to-day operation for all assigned sales accounts, including, but not limited to:
- In store representation and brand integrity
- Merchandising and in store communication tool owner
- In store training, for new and existing dealer representatives
- Lead new product and promotional introduction
- Promotional calendar administration and execution
- Quotations, lead support and end user responsiveness
