We review resumes continuously for future opportunities.   Pay rate - $16.00 hourly Weekly pay on Friday Benefits/PTO/401(k) available   Seasonal Warehouse Associate  Job Description: This person performs a variety of picking, kitting, PLS, delivery, service center, and dock to stock processes. Performs processes according to established documented procedures. Fills customer orders and delivers them to the delivery platform in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity. Ensures all orders are complete and correct. Seasonal Warehouse Associate  Job Responsibilities: Pulls material for customer orders for Bulk Orders that require shipment within the same week that the orders are received Pulls material for customer orders that require same day shipment Initiates, recommends or provides solutions through designated channels Identifies and records any problems relating to the product, process and quality system Packages material for customer orders. This includes application of specific customer required labeling Prepares orders for shipment Follows all the work instructions and procedures for picking and packaging of customer orders Performs other duties as assigned Seasonal Warehouse Associate Job Requirements: High School diploma or GED Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse environment Organized with attention to detail and ability to demonstrate follows-through on work assignments Good verbal communication skills Able to work in a team environment Works well under pressure Ability to work for periods of time without direct supervision Physical Requirements: Frequent bending, crouching, reaching Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours a day Carry/Lift 10-20lbs 5.5-8 hours a day Carry/Lift 20-100lbs .25-2 hours a day (with assistance) Crown Staffing Solutions is aware of some fraudulent schemes on common job seeking sites.   Crown’s normal recruitment practices would include direct interaction such as telephone calls and in-person interviews with our HR recruiting team.  Under no circumstances will a recruitment process be conducted solely via email communication.  Crown will never ask a potential employee to pay a fee to engage in the recruitment process with a Crown Staffing Solutions HR representative.
