We are seeking a candidate to join our successful team of hospitality professionals as a Part Time Housekeeping Supervisor. Responsibilities include:
* Will assure the daily quality of the Hotel Housekeeping Department standards are successfully completed.
* Train and supervise the Housekeeping staff.
* Using the Property Management System, complete the opening and closing procedures.
* Delegate cleaning assignments based upon arrivals and departures.
* Inspect guest rooms for quality and insure they are of rentable status.
* Provide written reports confirming guest room status
* Ensure safekeeping and proper documentation of departmental keys.
* Follow established Hotel policies and procedures
* Participate and assist management in accomplishing Hotel goals.
Requirements:
* Must be able to stand and walk for up to 7 hours per shift.
* Must be able to communicate effectively by telephone, radio and in person to guests and co-workers.
* Must have basic computer knowledge
* Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.
* Must be able to work in a changing environment.
* Previous supervisory experience.
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
