HIGHLIGHTED ROLES
- Must be able to serve food & create beverages, garnish beverages, converse with guests, and ensure legal age of guests
- Must be able to properly clean & sanitize bar area, keep bar well-stocked, and deal with unruly guests when needed
- Must be able to manage guest requests, complaints, and deliver world-class service to all hotel guests
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays if needed
WHAT DOES A BARTENDER DO?
A Bartender is an extremely vital position to help in guest satisfaction for the hotel. The bartender works very closely with the Restaurant Manager and Food & Beverage Director. While the position greatly affects the overall quality of the bar experience, it’s also one of delivering the culture, and of course, passionately serving our guests. Relationships are the heart of what we do so building & strengthening relationships with our valued guests is what builds guest loyalty. Promoting brand awareness and delivering world-class service should be done with a laser focus.
