Bartender/Server

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing inventory, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Manage cash handling processes, including operating the cash register and processing payments through the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
• Engage with customers, providing excellent hospitality and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, assisting in ordering as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Stay updated on drink trends and menu offerings to enhance customer experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in bartending or a related hospitality role is preferred but not required.
• Strong cash handling skills with familiarity in using cash registers and POS systems.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash management and drink preparation measurements.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage preparation is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Understanding of food safety practices related to beverage service is beneficial.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
