At Crowne Plaza Hotel Middleburg Heights, we strive to create memorable experiences for our guests. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic AM Hostess to join our team.

Job Description:
As an AM Hostess, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth dining experience during breakfast hours. Your day will begin at 4 AM to assist with in-house groups by greeting and seating guests, as well as maintaining the buffet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrive at 4 AM to assist in-house guest and prepare for breakfast service.
• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and guide them to their tables.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the buffet area.
• Replenish food items as needed to ensure a fresh and inviting presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operation.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work early morning hours and maintain a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work Monday through Friday.
