What are the responsibilities and job description for the AM Restaurant Server position at Crowne Plaza Hotel?
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
- Assist with bussing and cleaning tables as needed
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hotel industry is preferred but not required
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Basic math skills for order taking and cash handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
