What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Front Desk Agent position at Crowne Plaza Hotel?
Our Hotel Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact with our guests, and works to assist our guests with check-in and check-out as well as many other needs to ensure an outstanding experience during their stay.
As a representative of the hotel, a successful Hotel Front Desk Agent will have a passion for promoting an enjoyable experience to exceed our guests expectations and will be dynamic, friendly, helpful, team-oriented and professional at all times; will possess excellent oral and written communication and computer skills; will focus on attention to detail and follow-through; and will be able to multi-task and handle busy situations with grace.
