Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team at a premier hotel/resort. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring excellent phone etiquette.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using hotel management software.
- Assist guests with special requests or concerns during their stay to enhance guest relations.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and reporting.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and room readiness.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred, particularly in hotel or resort settings.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on guest relations and customer service excellence.
- Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software; familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus.
