Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PM Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a competent background in the food industry, with a focus on customer service and hospitality management. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences while maintaining operational efficiency.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including staff management and scheduling.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster a positive work environment.
- Manage customer service initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Implement effective catering services for special events and functions.
- Assist in conducting interviews and assist in hiring new staff members as needed.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
- Collaborate with fellow supervisors & kitchen staff to maintain brand standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
- Experience in bartending or bar supervision is highly desirable.
- Ability to effectively manage staff, including training and development.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A background in catering is an advantage but not required.
