Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our hotel operates efficiently while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for routine maintenance, addressing guest concerns, and supporting overall hotel operations.
Responsibilities:
Administration
- Perform minor and routine maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Replace air conditioner filters and maintain air conditioners, cooling towers, and boilers.
- Oversee and maintain the pool area, including chemical balancing and cleaning.
- Ensure quality guest service by addressing requests, complaints, and questions promptly and courteously.
- Support employee development to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Support
- Communicate effectively with guests, associates, and vendors using comprehensive English skills.
- Accurately report information and follow all company policies and procedures.
- Attend required meetings and training sessions.
Professionalism and Personal Effectiveness
- Complete projects and assignments thoroughly and professionally.
- Adapt to high-pressure situations and embrace change.
- Take responsibility for personal growth and development.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and set standards for associates.
Communication

Physical Requirements:
- Lift and pull up to 70 pounds.
- Engage in pushing, bending, stooping, and upward reaching.

Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent training and experience preferred.
- CPR and first aid training preferred.
- Proficiency in mathematical and computer skills.
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
